Digital Product Passport
Readiness Programm for Armenian Producers
The program aims to improve the competitiveness of textile producers by helping them prepare for the upcoming EU Digital Product Passport regulation.
Around 20% of Armenia's exports to the EU are textile products. This number is growing every year. Behind this growth are multiple companies with thousands of employees. So Armenian textile exports must remain competitive in the years to come. In this regard, compliance with standards and improved sustainability performance are central to this initiative.
Program Activities
At an introductory seminar with stakeholders, producers, and other interested parties, two companies will be selected for a pilot program. At the end of the program, the companies are anticipated to have fully functional DPPs for one model each.
Activities of the program include:

Submission of DPP to the EU Registry
